At Gracie Barra Warrington our Tiny Champs class allows ages 4-6 the opportunity to become familiar with the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu environment and the structure of the programme.
This allows for the younger ages to have fun and get to know new friends whilst beginning to understand basic techniques of martial arts and self defence for children.
This is great for their confidence, listening and concentration as well as having fun!
